Fuego's multifunctional shoulder carrying system with forestry gear for timber harvesting and much more for foresters and master foresters. According to one of our master forester friends, the entire carrying system is designed for “uprooting trees.” It was developed in close collaboration with local foresters to withstand the harsh conditions in the forest, even for long periods of time. To keep this promise, we use materials that are highly durable and abrasion-resistant.
The strap's body-contoured design supports the wearer, especially during long periods of work, and distributes the weight of the equipment across the entire body. This helps prevent back pain. Some components are available exclusively from Fuegos and are new to the forestry industry.

Brief description:
The flexible forestry tool belt or forestry belt and shoulder strap as a set offers a practical all-round package. Equipped with various components, the forestry belt carrying system meets all requirements in the forest. The forestry tool belt is both flexible and robust. Thanks to the flexibility of the tool belt, the forestry belt adapts ergonomically to the body. The special cut provides good support during tree felling work.
In addition, the shoulder straps balance the overall weight of the forestry belt set. Since the forestry belt is often heavily laden with (mechanical) felling wedges, measuring tapes, forestry hooks, and other forestry tools, this can be detrimental to health. With the ergonomic forestry belt set, Fuegos aims to support forestry work. At the same time, the carrying system ensures longer-lasting comfort thanks to its comfortable contact surfaces.

The Fuegos shoulder strap system
Function:
- The ergonomic shoulder strap from Fuegos is a three-point fastening top. In combination with the unique design, this means that the shoulder strap distributes the weight evenly across the chest, shoulder, and back muscles. The result: you hardly notice the weight of the tools.
- The shoulder carry set solves radio problems in the forest. The KuNo radio system can be integrated into the shoulder strap using the radio bag developed by Fuegos. This increases the range of devices with a 16 cm antenna to approx. 1 km to 2 km, even in difficult terrain.
- The shoulder strap suspension straps allow for almost universal adjustment to all body sizes. This can be done quickly and easily using 3 buckles. Care has been taken to ensure that none of the 2 straps hang loose at the front. This increases the safety of the wearer.
- The system supports air and moisture exchange, even during heavy work. The side facing the user thus reduces heat build-up.
- In addition, the shoulder strap offers a fastening option for tablet and smartphone bags made by Fuegos. This is located in the chest area. This allows you to carry your smartphone or tablet on your body while keeping your hands free for important things.
- The shoulder strap can easily carry up to 75 kg.

- The straps of the ergonomic shoulder strap are orange and 25 mm wide. These “high-tenacity” straps are highly tear-resistant and therefore durable.
- The side that comes into contact with the body consists of 3 mm thick 3D mesh fabric. This allows active air and moisture exchange between the wearer and the environment.
- The exterior is extremely durable, abrasion-resistant, water-repellent, and UV-resistant. The carrying system has a foam core inside, which provides additional comfort without restricting freedom of movement.

The Fuegos forest belt / forest tool belt
Function:
The ergonomic forestry belt / forestry tool belt has two levels. Each level has multiple layers depending on the functional requirements.

Level II: Highly breathable and extremely abrasion-resistant interior. Inner fabric – pressure resistance = 65 kPa, with a total of 10 mm hydrophobic padding (padded up to 14 mm), so that the hard reinforced outer shell and tool pockets cannot be felt or are only slightly felt on the body.
